Why we hold it

To assess and operate your trade account, to process and deliver orders, to provide support, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Our lawful bases are contract performance, legal obligation and legitimate interest in operating a trade supply business.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers who help us run the business - our website and ordering platform, payment processing, email delivery and couriers - and where we are legally required to.

Retention

Account and order records are kept for as long as your account is active and afterwards for the period required by UK tax and accounting rules.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, or object to a particular use. Email us and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the ICO.
