Terms & conditions
The terms on which we supply trade customers.
1. Trade only
This website and the prices shown on it are for business customers only. Accounts are approved at our discretion and may be suspended or closed where terms are breached.
2. Orders and pricing
Prices are shown to approved accounts and may change without notice. A minimum order value of £200 applies. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email.
3. Payment
Payment is due in full at the point of order unless separate account terms have been agreed in writing. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store card details.
4. Delivery and risk
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk passes on collection or delivery. Title passes on payment in full.
5. Age-restricted products
Certain products are age-restricted. By ordering you confirm you are over 18 and that you will comply with all applicable law when reselling, including age-verification at the point of retail sale.
6. Compliance and resale
You are responsible for ensuring that products you resell are sold lawfully in your market, including any labelling, notification, packaging and advertising requirements applicable to nicotine and tobacco-related products.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
